Rental of stud welding equipment

C2G SOUDAGE INNOVATION offers a rental service for modular stud welding generators using Inverter technology. The equipment is rented complete with guns adapted to the diameter of the stud. Because renting can be the best solution for your application, choose the experience and expertise of a professional who can advise you on the right equipment for your needs and offer you a service and rental conditions that meet your requirements. You can also rent stud welding equipment to validate your tests and prototypes (EI).
 

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT CAN YOU RENT?

or more than 35 years, we have been manufacturing welding equipment for professional use that can be intensive. Our SDEC, HERA and JUPITER modular generators offer you a power of up to 2500 amperes and can be adapted to your needs.

We advise you on the most suitable equipment for your type of welding: ARC, SIG®, DEC. Several possibilities are offered to you with our modular generators using the Inverter technique. You can rent a generator for one type of welding. You can also rent a multi-purpose equipment that will weld in both ARC and SIG® mode. You only need to change the gun to adapt it to the welding mode!  

The most common programs are pre-recorded to make it easier for you to use our welding machines. However, you can create up to 30 personal programs if necessary. Ergonomic and light, they will follow you in your workshop or on your building sites. They are easy to handle and the Inverter technology allows for very fast adjustments and improves the reproducibility of the welds for time saving and productivity.

For a stud welding application for concrete anchoring, we suggest our HERA2500 modular power source and for stud welding in the insulation sector, we recommend the JUPITER400I.

Our JUPITER 800I equipment in the SIG® and AFF process is ideal for welding studs up to Ø 12 mm, whereas our SDEC welding unit (capacitor discharge process) for sheet metal applications can be used from Ø 3 to 10 mm.

With your welding unit, we rent you the gun adapted to your type of welding with its accessories (chuck, base holder, centring tubes, gas bottle...). Our equipment is ready for use as soon as it is received.

WHY RENT YOUR WELDING EQUIPMENT?

n many industrial sectors, tests and prototype manufacturing are essential before going into mass production. To this end, C2G SOUDAGE INNOVATION offers you support in carrying out your tests (EI) and also in carrying out your CUMOS and DEMOS with your certification body.

Four levels of support are possible:
a simple rental if you are familiar with this type of equipment,
the creation of prototypes at C2G SOUDAGE INNOVATION in order to consider the rental of your equipment,
a delivery of the technical file for the realization of CUMOS and DEMOS,
a start-up and training on site with support during the tests with the certifying body.

Renting a generator is also an economical solution when your need is occasional. Renting only generates a small expense compared to buying. Renting also means that you don't have to store equipment in a corner of your workshop all year round that you don't use frequently and for which you may forget to maintain.
 
By renting, you can also be sure that you will have quality equipment in optimal working order, fully serviced. You rent according to your needs and for the duration of your activity.  

Renting can also be part of a CSR approach in which your company chooses to limit its carbon footprint by renting rather than buying.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF THE LEASE?

Our aim is to provide you with the most suitable solution for your needs. Tell us your requirements and we will provide you with a quote to confirm the type of equipment, the duration of the rental and the price.

Our transporter will deliver your equipment on the agreed date, to the agreed address and will collect it at the end of the rental contract. 

The rental can be per calendar day, per week or per month. The price will be degressive. The price depends on the process. Please note that a deposit will be requested before the departure of the material; this deposit will be returned if the material is in conformity.

WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR PURCHASING DOWELS AND OTHER FIXINGS?

C2G SOUDADE INNOVATION is a supplier of studs and other fasteners. Discover our wide range of consumables such as welding and crimping studs and also rivets, ceramic rings (ferrules), cage nuts and other studs and thread inserts and accessories (mandrel, base holder, centring tubes, gas cylinders).

In our eshop you will find studs and fasteners made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass that can weld all types of materials and diameters ranging from Ø 1 to 25 millimetres.
