What welding equipment does C2G offer for hire?

C2G offers a wide range of welding generators for hire, suitable for different processes and applications. Our state-of-the-art equipment is designed to meet the needs of the most demanding professionals.

The HERA range of generators

The HERA modular generator uses inverter technology for fast regulation and increased weld reproducibility. It is compatible with ARC fusion forging, SIG® and Short Arc processes. With a regulated and adjustable welding current from 0 to 2000 amps, it can weld studs from 1 to 20 mm using ARC, from 1 to 10 mm using Short Arc Time and from 1 to 12 mm using SIG®. It can weld various materials and uses standardised Argon/CO² gases.

The JUPITER range of generators

The JUPITER800 welding machine offers a regulated and adjustable welding current from 0 to 800 Amps. It is suitable for ARC fusion forging and SIG® processes. It can be used to weld studs from 3 to 12 mm in ARC and SIG®. It also accepts various materials and uses standardised Argon/CO² gases.

The SDEC generator range

The SDEC 132 P and SDEC 132 C generators are designed for DEC welding in percussion mode (SDEC 132 P) or contact mode (SDEC 132 C). They can be used to weld copper-plated mild steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium studs (standardised M3 to M8, occasional M10 for certain materials). These 230-volt single-phase generators offer a welding rate of 30 studs/minute.

WELDING ACCESSORIES RENTAL

C2G also offers additional welding accessories for hire, such as: guns, gun accessories, guide tubes, welding trolleys, automatic welding heads, stud feed bowls.

Focus on welding processes

C2G offers a wide range of stud welding equipment for hire, tailored to your specific needs. Our equipment, ranging from stud welding machines to generators, is designed for professionals with high standards in terms of quality and productivity.

The SIG® stud welding process

SIG® (Stud Inert Gas) welding is an innovative technology for perfect joints and a high-quality finish. It is ideal for precision applications in aeronautics, railways and armaments, using various materials and stud shapes.

The ARC stud welding process

ARC welding is the most commonly used for its high strength. Our modular generators (HERA range) ensure the safety and durability of the anchors. It is suitable for demanding applications such as fireworks, construction and petrochemicals.

The DEC stud welding process

DEC (capacitor discharge) welding is perfect for thin sheets, without deformation or marking. It offers an impeccable finish for thin sheet metalwork, the food industry and the manufacture of hotel equipment, with percussion or contact mode options.

The ATC stud welding process

ATC (short-time arc) welding is ideal for low-carbon steels and thin sheet metal. It offers gains in productivity and reproducibility, with the possibility of welding studs up to 16 mm. It is used in thin sheet metal work for various materials.
