MANUFACTURE OF STAINLESS FURNITURE

Process : Stud welding DEC

Stainless steel is the most commonly used material for the manufacture of furniture for hotels and large kitchens. The properties of this raw material meet the important requirements of hygiene, safety and durability. It is easy to maintain, resistant to corrosion and temperature variations.

Another advantage is that it is easily welded. Thus, thanks to the DEC welding process, the welding of all types of hotel and catering equipment and materials is also suitable for the current regulatory requirements.

The welding of studs on stainless steel sheets, even thin ones, does not leave any deformation or marking. This greatly reduces the growth of various germs, fungi and other bacteria on storage cabinets, washing-up basins, work tables and also on pots and kitchen utensils.

DEC-welded stainless steel is also resistant to temperature variations. This means that the welds on worktables or pans will withstand even high temperatures and their variations over time.
