DEC contact welding of copper plated steel studs is suitable for a wide range of applications in the sheet metal and sheet metal fabrication industries, such as machine fairings and cable trays, or grounding in electrical boxes.
This process leaves no markings and meets the many constraints of industries: in terms of visual appearance, with no marking on the back.
In addition, it is fast and very repeatable. The stud is in contact with the sheet metal to be welded from the start of the process. The short melting time is matched only by the strength of the inking point.
