Ghislaine Godet was able to benefit from support from the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region and the Union of Metallurgical Industry and Trades (UIMM) to prepare its transfer with specialized consultants.

The choice fell on Jean-François Richard, recognized for his expertise in the field of welding, with solid technical experience and a real passion for the industry.

His career, from the position of qualified worker, team leader, line manager, to entrepreneurship with the creation of companies in national niche welding markets (medical, defense, nuclear, etc.), caught the attention of Ghislaine Godet.
